Extruded boss/bass
Extruded cut

Select front plane as reference and draw the below shown sketch by using line tool. Now dimension the elements by using smart dimension tool.
Extrude the shaded area about its mid plain like Shawn below. Now create a new plane with angle of 45 degrees with horizontal surface.
Then select the newly created plane as reference and draw the below shown sketch by using line tool and dimension it.

Now extrude the shaded area up to horizontal surface.
Now using filled tool from features create fillets as like shown below.
Now select right hand side surface as reference and draw two circles then do extrud cut for these circles
Hence the component is created according to given dimensions
