Step by step procedure to create the required object by using solidworks software.

1. Create a new plane offset to top plane.

Now select top line as reference then draw a square by using line tool from sketch tab and make fillets as like shown below. Now again start a new sketch reference as newly created plane and project the previous sketch to newly created plane.

Now select lost tool from features tab and create a new loft by using previously created two sketches.
