1. Start new solidworks part. Then select front plane as reference and draw the below shown shape using lines tool and dimension it by using smart dimension tool.

2. Now extrude the shaded are as like shown below.

3. Now make two holes by using hole wizard tool.

4. Now create a plane with angle 60 degrees and draw the sketch like shown below.

5. Now do the extrude cut then finally the part is created as per dimensions. 

6. Now generate the views by using solidworks drawing tool.
