Find the Length and angle of the inclined line - AutoCAD fundamentals

Here we can found two different terms are LENGTH and DISTANCE.

Measurement of Distance: The least measurement of two points or the space between two points/elements is called Distance in the above diagram 1.75 units (mm/inch) dimension is distance of the inclined line.

Measurement of Length: The length is used to measure the object entirely. In the above drawing 1.7678 units (mm/inch) dimension is length of the inclined line.

Measurement of Angle: we can take the angle measurement from the horizontal line to the required line (here the inclined line). In the above drawing the 8 degrees measurement is the angle between horizontal line to inclined line.

Hence finally:

The length of the selected inclined line is: 1.7678 units

The angle of the selected inclined line is: 8 degrees
