Create 3D model using solidworks - using RIB

Sketch - line, smart dimension, circle, arc, trim.

Features:

Extrude, extrude cut, rib.

1. Select front plane as reference then draw the below shown sketch using line and dimension it, Now extrude the closed area of the sketch.

2. Now select top surface as reference then draw the below shown sketch and do extrude cut.

3. Now select left side surface as reference then draw the below shown sketch and extrude it.

4. Now select front plane as reference then draw the below line as coincide with edges. Now make rib for this line.

5. But the rib won't created and shown as "The resulting rib did not intersect the existing model. please try changing the Extrusion direction to fix the problem".

6. Now another line vertically as like shown below to the inclined line. Then the rib problem vanished and created the rib without any errors.

7. The rib is generated without any error's. The resulting rib did not intersect the existing model error is fixed and solved. There is no gaps also solved.
