  1. Sketching: Start by creating 2D sketches using the provided dimensions from the reference drawing. Use tools like lines, circles, arcs, and rectangles to outline the primary geometry.
  2. Extrusions: Use the Extruded Boss/Base tool to generate the 3D base shape. Apply Extruded Cuts to create features such as holes and slots.
  3. Fillets and Chamfers: Add fillets and chamfers to the edges as per the given radii (R10, R20, R25, etc.) to match the specifications in the drawing.
  4. Additional Features: Utilize features like Rib, Draft, or Pattern where necessary to speed up repetitive elements.
  5. Mass and Center of Mass Calculation:
    • Assign a material to the part (e.g., Aluminum or ABS).
    • Use the Evaluate Tab > Mass Properties to calculate the total mass and the center of mass (CoM) coordinates.

Example Output

  • Mass: 2.36 kg (depends on material)
  • Center of Mass: X: 12.4 mm, Y: 15.8 mm, Z: 20.2 mm
